I can't drink anything peach flavour whether alcoholic or not having got rather drunk on peach wine at my first works xmas lunch do.
They did a selection of home made flavoured wines, no idea how many I had as at 16 my work mates thought it was great fun to see me get drunk, amazed I kept my job really, had to be taken home. :eek:0 -
Anyone know if this offer is actually instore at Iceland. Online I can only see the 350g packs in 2 for £3, which is still a good deal, but not a stonking deal x
I haven't found in in the two stores I have looked but someone confirmed seeing the offer yesterday in a larger Iceland store.0 -
Edit: Already posted by Risk it for a biscuit
Taken from one of wacky's links. Thanks wacky.
£1.08 for 4, 27p each.
£1.12 for 4, 28p each
Unconfirmed, untested and always dodgy because it's vs M.
I don't think these ones are dodgy (famous last words:rotfl:) - I think they will have them in at least one of their six Ms.
The ones I think are dodgy, unfortunately, are the Princes Red Salmon and the 3x80g Tuna Chunks. They might pick up the Red Salmon after all - you never know, they could have had no problem finding it, unlike me, as they could have picked what, for me, seems to be a very rare M that had 50p on the shelf. I've seen absolutely nothing at all in any store - my total now on nine - and the Tuna Chunks also seem dodgy as they don't seem to be in many places. In fact I've only found one of them from midweek onwards! However, it could just be the Ms I've by chance happened to visit.
This is all assuming the price collections work in the way I think they must. JF Sea Spray seems to stand a good chance (though personally I wouldn't try to compare £6.99 to £1.24:rotfl:), the Baylis gift set seems now very dodgy indeed, I can't see the Garnier Colour Illuminators working anymore, but I think the best one (unfortunately!) that stands most chance of working if we are updated to Wednesday yet is the Princes Pink Salmon. The Mackerel Fillets will be hit and miss now - Curry Sauce seems to be the one most left for me (and it isn't around much) - the problem is stores that don't have SELs and I haven't seen many 25p SELs but the APG might find one or two. I don't think the Hot Dogs have a chance of working and if they have a price from the SELs this week at all, it will be £1:eek::(.
I think someone, just one person, should try the 3x80g Princes Tuna Chunks, one of each, to see if either of them does pick up the 50p (or even some other price) - it could glitch amazingly. Someone, probably someone else, should try the Red Salmon this evening (just one tin and wish it good luck) and then all of us can know at the weekend if we should be buying lots of this and stocking up. We could, by some rarity it seems, find it works brilliantly. That is assuming no womble comes up with it today - which would be an amazing find, but finding any individual item that we want to find (other than the bog-standard regular items that are always on wombles) is almost not to going happen.
I suspect so few will be able to buy the Tuna Chunks now in their M - which is why I think it's now unlikely to work - but we never know and since the mbuys are missing, let's one of us give it a go now and if it works then we all can get them. I suspect few people will even have a 50p SEL for the Princes Red Salmon and even fewer will be able to find it in M. (Of course to stand any chance really you need to have no SEL at all - and need to rummage in all of the Pink Salmon to see if any Red tin has somehow got mixed in the wrong place - that's where it will be if it will be anywhere at all - but much of the Pink Salmon in M now I think will be gone, if it is not gone now in your M I think it will be gone in every "40p" M by the end of the weekend - this was not the case on Wednesday and it seems to stand an excellent chance - even though Mr A is clearly trying to discourage us by putting the price up to £2.70:eek::rotfl:! Do check your RTC shelf for Red Salmon in M, just in case - it may be there, winking at you, or hidden behind something to be pulled out and bought - I can see there being no £1 SEL let alone a 50p one!)0 -
Afternoon
well I have been to the two closest towns to me and raked through every charity shop I could find to only get one very pretty sandwich tray
I guess we are just not a vintage kind of area, on the plus side I have enough reading material for a long time as I didn't want to walk out empty handed so bought a book in each store.
I'm not beaten yet though i'm off for a weekend away in a couple of weeks and I know there are a few charity shops where we are going to I will drag OH round them while we are gone.
I can't post pictures but the tray has lovely pink roses on it :j
I will wait until I have been away to send in the hope that I get more, unless it's needed in the next couple of weeks but I think it's July isn't it?0 -
Went to our local Go Outdoors store as DH wanted some new walking boots.
When we purchased them, we were told at the till that they offer a price match, where if you find the same product on line/ in store cheaper they will refund the difference, plus 10%...as soon as we got home DH was on it faster than I could say 'holiday extras':D:D:D....he managed to find the same boots cheaper elsewhere, so is now getting a refund of £13.50.
Thought it might be helpful to know they offer this price match.Keep Moving 2018 challenge.

I was playing the zizzi game quite nicely, registered, rolled the dice and got free entry, next I got a free dessert but at that very second the iPad shut down on me
I love the iPad to bits but the random shut downs drive me bats. I regularly empty the cache but it does not help.
Usually its a link I am reading or FB, just goes black and back to the home screen.
Deep sigh
Do you press the home button twice quickly and slide all the pages upwards ? Or is that what you mean lol0 -

Something else I forgot, Mr Muscle 5 in 1 window cleaner was 50p bottle in the smaller As, loads left for those that know where I frequent.
http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/asda-compare-prices/Household_Cleaning/Mr_Muscle_5in1_Window_And_Glass_Cleaner_500ml.html
There was a different one full price think it said Advanced on it. These were on an end of aisle not with rest of glass cleaners.0
