Glad our engineer was punctual altojack and hope you like your new Smart Meter and Smart Energy Display. As you probably know, no need to read the meters anymore. They send us readings via electronic messages. Will help keep bills accurate. The display will also let you keep track of how much energy you're using.

As well as the manual the engineer will have left, there's a special Smart Meter section on our website. When you've a minute, have a look at these pages. Some useful information to help you with this new piece of kit.

Hope the pain in your leg eases altojack.

You may disagree and you are perfectly entitled to disagree but you are disagreeing with facts here not opinions- the posts were there for all to see and screenshots have been taken.

Can I ask did you take screenshot of posts that were made by frequent, wacky, zippy, fc and davemorton aswell cos they too made posts that come under your description???
