Savvybuyer wrote: »Thank you - this is adding to my view that I think they will work (once the system gets updated) on the APG. I hope they had 40p SEL?
Even better! Again, 40p SEL? I hope so - and I think the Pink Salmon was widespread in M on crucial yesterday, but is there anyone that can't find any trace of it in their M?
I don't know about the 3x80g Princes - I had no trace of the Tuna in Brine version from my 3 stores yesterday. Would a further 3 have picked it up in one? That's obviously how the random result of the stores fell for me. It'll fall randomly for the APG. I only had the Sunflower Oil version - and then with incorrect £1.50 SEL. So, if it were me, and if I'd found no trace of that in 3 additional Ms, you'd be getting £1.50 for M. Obviously my result is not the APG: but this does suggest how random it will be and how it could go wrong! This would be obviously worse than buying it in M at 50p (best of luck indeed on that in stores that actually show 50p) and worse even than M's real price from last week. When I think I had conflicting information from let's select my six last stores from that week - £1 in one, £1.50 in another and N/A in the other four. So I would have got £1 as lowest price in a situation where there was a tie on the ones that give me the product and prices. This week - it's £1.50 in M, as far as my actual check result is concerned:rotfl:. Though I know it's 50p (in fact I only found that because it said £1.50 - I thought it had gone up in price! APG I think doesn't work like that - they just see what is on the SEL (if there is one and if there isn't one, then it's an N/A contribution from that store) - clearly the Douwe Egberts would otherwise have returned correct M price for M, if it was £3 in M on check day and wouldn't have got an incorrect price).Keep Moving 2018 challenge.

Would think you need a licence to sell alcohol....also if you did do it, would you check the ages of those that you sold to?

Had a lovely mooch round the charity shops this morning. Not too much available, vintage is obviously the in thing, but I did find these if any help:
The handle is a bit loose on the cake slicey thing but DH will have a go at fixing it. If he fails I'm sure one of your clever boys can fix it rhosynbach.
If there is still room in Juju's car, I could potentially make the drop off point next week, just waiting on hearing when carpenter is coming round. If I can't make it, I have a plan b up my sleeve0 -
I may be wrong about how the system works. It's possible that if a product vanishes completely in a store (namely there is no product and no SEL - or maybe even if there is a product but no SEL, or for whatever reason if it isn't scanned on a check) they could get the price they got on the previous collection - in other words only for up to 7 days, after which that store would be an N/A. If they find a SEL but no product, they supposedly use that for up to 7 days - in other words, if it is SEL but no product again on another day's check later, they will stop taking the price and that store will give N/A - then they think M does not have the product anymore even if it still does somewhere else that they don't use as a collection store. And we know M almost always does have the product somewhere else:rotfl::(. Of course, M stocks every product ever made somewhere:rotfl::rotfl:.0

Forgot to say, when I was in A this morning their in house radio station was playing and they gave a big shout out to Iva Barr, the lady doing the Marathon that Vanilla Twist told us about - seemed like a timely reminder for this https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/54129570

Stella Cidre 500ml single bottles 30p at ASDA.
http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/stella-cidre-500ml-single-bottles-30p-asda-2431191#post27797269
From the picture, this looks like the Cidre Peach version. If anyone actually can find it at 30p - or even if not but it is substituted on CC/HD and if they are on the old system, then maybe £2 on CC/HD vs £1.79 T. Or maybe, buy in threes instore and it picks up 3 for £5 hopefully vs 3 for £5 T/M. I don't know whether M was 3 for £5 yesterday or even Monday - I wouldn't buy at 3 for £5:rotfl:. (According to msm' history, M should have been 3 for £5 then and now.) May be 50p back on 3 - but you'd need already to have a T/M shop that you were going to do, otherwise you'll probably lose more than the 50p in fillers. Could be £1.50 in a shop if you can buy nine. (Good luck if your SEL showing 30p on that one.) That might be worthwhile. Do not consume excessively though!
EDIT: Sorry, Scotland does not have 3 for £5 at competitors. What are the competitor prices there? Depending on its individual price in Scotland at competitors, it could work out better in Scotland if for some reason the system elsewhere doesn't pick up mbuy price for T/M.0
