Did they reject your claim stating you were an existing customer?
Mine was refused for that reason. I am sure I have never used them before, so wondered if they were linked to another company.

Rose, I sure she is being looked after and scanning is a precaution. Very difficult to measure accurately.

I couldnt be bothered to chase it up to be honest.
I'm guessing they know what I was doing, and just dont want to pay out, I'm having enough bother with an insurance company at the moment.
