bless you Malc...your words are kind but were you reading the same thread as the rest of us....if you want a bit of banter thats in short supply here at the moment ...but we will re find it I'm sure and you can pop back for a coffee and a piece of cake soon
I've been having a wonderful exchange today with a rival energy company who it transpires need a meter reading from 2013.....if they've not had it by now then there's not much chance of me retrieving it ...but hey ho at least I have the proof I paid the bill and that was an actual reading ,not an estimate....I think they referred to it as a glitch in their system to which I just had to reply "thats not my idea of a glitch."frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Afternoon luvlies, will catch up in a bit. Bit late to the ipint carling thingy wotsit so this has probably been mentioned before. I won 2 free 4 packs this morning on different devices and so far bought one flashed 4 pack in Sainsbobs so I could upload receipt to claim cashback.
Now here's the thing, inside the flashed 4 pack I bought is a code which I've just put into the '4 Pack Rewards' section of the ipint app and hey presto it won me another free 4 pack. Does this happen all the timeor was I just lucky. I mean can we get a never end of supply of carling :rotfl:

TinyShoes - thanks for the tip about RTC sauces. Got a few different ones to try
:T:T:T
Did you have a nose around the tea/coffee aisle too. I found those organic tea bags thank to bubbs, 45p box of 80. :j
Knew there was something else I hadn't posted, Cafe Direct is the ground coffee that is RTC to £1.50 but none left in any store I went to yesterday.
Mostly decaff coffees were left in mine.
Oh and another thing I forgot especially for PD loads of Billingtons sugars were RTC too. Soft brown, dark brown, golden granulated, caster etc. Think couple of whitworths ones also.
I need sacking should have mentioned this morning.0 -
Sorry marmite ...I wonder if we are talking about 2 different tiles...The picture you had with your tile didnt look the same as the pic that tiny posted....hers looked a little more eu natural than yours...but it might just be the way I was looking at it or tiny managed a closer up pic...either way they are both lovely tiles which should look good when down.
Same tiles different shades.
Been to Tile Giant to check it definitely is same tile as the sample. :j
Order placed and Marmite big thanks to you. :T You have saved me nearly £500. Have ordered for all three areas now, needed 35m2 and they only had 39m2 left.
Marmite is definitely on my love list now. :smileyhea0 -
Kellogg's Disney Frozen cereal (350g) - 9p in M Gloucester Metz. (RTC shelf.)
There were still some packs there when I left earlier. They will be BB dates in this month now - unless I have missed any and what are the chances of that? (I took a couple that were slightly longer date, plus some of the April ones.)
Meanwhile, another store RTC shelf wanted to shift one at £1.15:eek::rotfl:!:( I don't know about matching the prices of Lidl, Aldi etc., which of course they no longer do, but in my view they ought to match their own prices.0 -
