Hi guys,
I was offered a new job last September and when I handed my notice in my employer offered me a better deal? Because of financial reasons I stayed because it was a better offer. My employer is now changing all supervisors wages which for me is a worse package than what I was on an offered for the last 6 months which means I am going to lose out. Is their anything I can do?
Thanks in advance

In short - not really. Find another job? And this time leave?0

Well, check your contact and speak to your union rep if you have one, to make sure that the company is entitled to make the changes, but the liklihood is that yes, they can do this, and you can either live with it or look for a better job elsewhere. All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0

Do you work for a large DIY chain, I know they are doing something similar?0
