Hi Brightspark and others.
I have had confirmation from our broker that we have got an agreement in principal from Skipton for the amount we need. Im happy but don't want to celebrate too soon. He disclosed my payday past and it had to be referred to underwiting so im hoping its good that after that its been accepted.0
