Same. I was used to emails like that (annoying) so open them with little optimism, one recently turned out to be a win

It's so irritating when companies send emails with the subject Congratulations you've won and in the body of the email it says you've won 200 free spins (for some weird online gaming site) my spam filter keeps missing them grr0

Wait until your birthday arrives! Expect every other email to be headed 'Congratulations....' and when you open it, it says 'it's your birthday - here is 10% off your order!'
