Prize provider gone bust?

I won a "Taste of Luxury with the London Caviar Club" through the Grazia Daily click and win. I think there were also 4 other winners, but I can't find the original competition post.
It was something similar to this one: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/69757474#Comment_69757474
where you win a face cream made with a caviar, and some caviar.
I was informed on 26 January, replied with my details by 31st, then when I hadn't received the prize, I emailed them on 5 March and they told me they'd chase the prize provider. I heard nothing so I emailed them again on 21 March and they promised they'd sort it out for me that week. I still didn't hear anything, so on the 30th I emailed saying that I'd get the IPM to sort it out if the prize provider hasn't assured us they'd send the prize that week.
I then got an email from the prize provider, the London Caviar Club, ON THE SAME DAY (!) saying that they had ownership issues during a stock transfer to London and that I'd be contacted the following week to arrange delivery of the prize
Finally today, I heard from both the Win Something team at Bauer Media and the London Caviar Club, saying that they were closing due to financial reasons. Their website below says they are temporarily closed. How interesting! Are they going to re-open and offer me the prize again?

A bit more digging shows that they are still on Companies House, but the director set up the company in November 2015 and his previous company MacDonald & MacDonald, also went bust! He is only 51% shareholder of LCC though.
The other 49% of the company is/was owned by Tidy McKenzie, who are an advertising agency who launched the LCC

The Telegraph were also offering prizes from London Caviar Club, so I wonder if these winners received their prizes or not. https://twitter.com/ldncaviarclub/status/686228719850094592
What's the general situation when a prize provider goes bust? I won't bother reporting to the IPM if there isn't anything I can do. There's no point applying to the administrator when the company is wound up. I also hate that they messed me around with lies when clearly the company director knew (or at least must have had an inkling) that he wouldn't be able to fulfil the prizes he was offering. Sounds like a massive PR stunt to me.
I'm not too fussed if they can't provide me with the caviar prizes, but a supermarket voucher of equivalent value (£50?!) would do nicely. Maybe the 49% shareholder, Tidy McKenzie, might be able to provide me with this?
Anyone else won this caviar prize and not able to get it?
