Awww blub blub...everyone sticking up for the employer!!!

If you actually knew who had posted under your original post then you'd realise your snipe was unfounded.
Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked

It would be very helpful if posters who have decided what they want to do didn't make it appear like they are asking a question or for advice. If you had told us that you only wanted people who agreed with you to reply, that would have been easier for all of us and would have saved some of us time.

So here you are....I agree with you 120%. You are entirely within your rights to sell equipment that doesn't belong to you in order to "settle" a debt you say the employer owes you. You are especially entitled to do this if the equipment actually belongs to a third party and not to the employer concerned. Go for it. You'll be fine.

Disclaimer: This advice is utter rubbish and I take no responsibility for the fact that you will probably be arrested and charged with theft. Nor for the fact that it isn't always that easy to get employment with a criminal record for theft from an employer.
  • To be fair if you read the OP, he isn't asking for advice. He's just making an announcement. And he does say he wants to go to jail, so he's probably making a good decision.

I would suggest though if he really wants to go to jail quickly, he just assaults a policeman.
