multple cashbacks on santander 123 account???

Can I pay for electricity/gas, water, phone, rates etc for more than one property from from my santander 123 account and get cash back on ALL payments?

I would presume so, however I would contact santander themselves to confirm this or read through the T&Cs. Usually the cash back is limited by amount of money gained rather than amount of transactions.

If it is invalid, if you have a partner who has the same account or set up a new joint account and earn the cash back through that separately?

Yes you can, for a while I was paying three lots of council tax and power and got the cash back on everything

I don't see why not. I have several mobile bills and get cashback on all of them.
