Lunch in Cavan Town

Hi,

Not quite a Northern Ireland related question, however I was hoping someone could help me.

I'm meeting some friends in Cavan town on Saturday for lunch, where do people recommend? Also are there any interesting sights and sounds on around the town on this day?

Any advice appreciated.

Farnham Arms Hotel, McMahons Caf! Bar & Black Horse all on the main street & easily accessed from the large public car park.
