Wanting to leave retail management

Hi,
I have been employed as a retail manager for about 13 years. Yes there has been up's and of course downs but it pays the bills. Being a retail manager has enabled me to develop many skills over the years but I would like to leave retail and join another industry, but I cant for the life of me understand what industry I could join with my experience. If there is anyone out there who has left retail for another career path I would really like some advice.
Currently I am paid 28k per annum, what other industry could I join that will pay around the same?
