She'd on my property

I have recently leased a piece of land which my old neighbours used to lease. New people have moved in and claim they bought the sheds as part of the deal which are on my land. Do I have the right to get them to move them and block off the access they currently have?

    If you have a lease or agreement that gives you exclusive use of the land - then you would normally have the right to ask others to remove their property (sheds) from your land, and prevent others from trespassing. Check your lease agreement for any caveats/conditions.

    If an LL has screwed up, and signed leases that give rights which are not theirs to give - it's up to that LL to resolve, and pay damages if appropriate.
