Property prices due for a massive correction

After years or stellar returns a correction in the Housing market is long overdue. Property has long been a large part of my Investment Portfolio, but I'm having to rethink my Investment strategy.Recent changes in Stamp duty and Taxarion are going to hurt a lot of people over the next few years.I've now come to the conclusion it's probably time to exit the Property market entirely.Leaving it will enable me to Invest my money in more profitable areas.
Feeling it's now time, I've now put my whole property portfolio up for sale.Only time will tell, but I think I've made the right decision for me.Over the last two decades Property has made me a small Fortune so I can't complain. Like Crashy and others have been saying,a House price crash is only just around the corner.

Thanks for the heads up, I like the fact that you lay your cards on the table.
I've been thinking of making an offer on this:

But maybe I should wait a while and pick it up for a song.0 -

Strangely on the same day as you, I've suddenly realised that silver is grossly under valued, I plan to sell up and invest the equity in silver, but to maintain portfolio diversity, I will also invest in Bitcoin and gold.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

I was a little worried that the gym machines seemed to be in a 'gentleman's sitting room' and the idea of sitting reading the FT while others got hot and sweaty in the same room didn't work for me. Then I decided the decapitated head in the garden was more of an issue.I think....0 -

Are you expecting a nationwide correction or only in areas where house price/income ratios are extreme and rental yields are low?
I think you should also share your investment time horizons, if you are investing for more than 10 years then I am not sure that trying to time any market makes sense.I think....0 -
I actually think Crashy's right about everything.0

A large correction is long over due, and will happen some time in the future.
The only question is, how long can the bubble remain so large?0 -
The one in Stoke on Trent is pretty small.0
