Simply put !
My partner and I bought a new buy property 20% equity share back in 2011 We are now splitting and I want to stay in the house Her name is one the deeds,mortgage and government loan Question does the government loan ie 50%% of the current 20 % market price stay in her name if she chooses to !!!!!! off !!!
