You can have my share of Matthew, tbh, although I do generally enjoy the programme. I would only leave my OH for James Martin (it must be the name
) or a certain Plymouth auctioneer on Homes Under the Hammer 
. But I digress...
I'm glad there's a thread about this morning's show, as I wanted to ask Martin why he didn't suggest to that lady nearing retirement and not wanting to downsize, that she could have taken a lodger under the Rent-a-Room scheme, to help her finances out. :idea:
