            The ruling didn't apply to voluntary overtime but to non guaranteed overtime which is where the employee is contractually obliged to work the overtime if offered.0

I never realised that because my company take into account of overtime when calculating holiday pay but all overtime is voluntary. So looks like we are lucky then!0 -
