    The ruling didn't apply to voluntary overtime but to non guaranteed overtime which is where the employee is contractually obliged to work the overtime if offered.

    I never realised that because my company take into account of overtime when calculating holiday pay but all overtime is voluntary. So looks like we are lucky then!

    You are. My employer doesn't do it but I don't work much overtime anyway.
