And just like that, one available and completed. About to jump for joy, then realise it's credited my SB but hasn't recognised on swago that I've done it. So still no bonus for me. I even had to use Siri to enter some of the answers as it wouldn't let me type for some reason.

You have to complete it via the App version on your phone, not justy by accessing the website via a browser. They should make this clear, but I only found out when I put in a ticket complaining I'd done one and no Swago square.

thank you! certainly not clear. I didn't realise there was an app version. I have the sbtv app, i thought that was the only one available in the uk?

I definitely don't have a SB app (only the SBTV/video apps) and my square was credited. I did mine through the Chrome app (IIRC some surveys may not work on Safari, but I'm not certain so don't quote me on that!)

Took ages for me to get the gold surveys on mobile squares; it seemed a bit hit and miss which worked but persevere!

Perhaps 'App version' is the wrong description, the 'Mobile version' would it be? I definitely did one via Chrome on SB dot com and it didn't turn the square. I wrote in and they said it shouldn't be on the 'desktop version' on my mobile, that wouldn't count. If I go to SB on my mobile, from an email invite or similar, it goes to a mobile version. If I want to enter a swag code, say, I go down the screen a little, and there is the option to 'visit desktop site', or a phrase like that. So I managed to get a survey on this, without going to 'desktop option', and swago turned colour.

Ahh, OK, yeah, mobile version makes sense!

I definitely used the mobile version then so I did it right but no mark for it.

Same here! I couldn't believe my luck, I rarely manage to catch an instant survey let alone three!
