Woo! I just got my sign up bonus!

I am trying to download the mobile app as a couple of the SWAGO tasks seem to require it. The only one I can download is the TV one. I get a "not available in your country' message with the main app. Is this an error as I am not sure why they would put those tasks on the UK site then?

It depends on the app - the ones that give a high amount of SB will often be ones you have to pay for or make an in-app purchase. In other words - avoid these.

Some you just have to install, open, I usually make a few taps or leave open a minute or two to make sure it's awake, and SB should be credited within a couple of minutes. If it doesn't credit, it's probably because the offer has expired, so always order them by new first, or if there's no option to do that, the top ones will be the newest.

The Discover section is probably the flakiest of the entire site, so if something doesn't credit just move on to the next one. You'll soon work out which ones are good and which are rubbish. Also NEVER give your personal details, phone number, or real email for any of these offers - use junk emails you can still confirm an email with, a junk gmail or yahoo account for example. And don't sign up for anything with a credit card/bank card - there's been enough horror stories on here alone to give those offers a huge red warning flag.
