Managed to get a Gold Survey to complete, so I could claim 100 SBs Bonus for one diagonal on Swago board. Awarded instantly, am amazed to find it counts towards daily total!

Glad to see it wasn't just me. I've already closed the browser though so I guess I can't do that this time. I'm always too scared to contact support!

Thanks, I think I will leave it for a day or two and then come back to the surveys to see if they have fixed it. This used to happen with the GTM surveys on the front page from time to time, and they seem to have disappeared now altogether.

If you already closed the browser you might still be able to claim. I am using Chrome. Normally I take screen shots when I get near the end of a survey, but one time I had not done this so I took a screen shot of my internet history which listed all the survey pages including the time I was on the page. I also underlined the entry for the page "Take a new survey" and then a page called "DKR Complete" which also showed the survey number.
I honestly couldn't remember how many sb were offered for the survey but since the history showed I was on it for 11 minutes I suggested 30-40sb would be reasonable.
Further down the claim form you have to enter a number for how many sb you are owed, so I put 40.
My claim was approved and I got 40sb.

I also worry about contacting support too much. I have had to make 4 claims but so far they have been fine.

Liking the Jeopardy thing. I'm trying to learn more random facts for a pub quiz anyway, so getting paid in the process is a nice motivation :)

In theory it doesn't look too bad to fill the swago thing, but the tricky part of course is getting a referral. Definitely easy to get one diagonal though.

Don't be scared about contacting support, they are very helpful, and virtually always pay out. You don't always need the evidence (as long as you can give details about the survey), but it makes it a lot easier to get a payout.

If a completed survey hasn't paid out within a couple of minutes I always raise a support request. For the Toluna (daily) surveys and Peanut Labs surveys I always leave the survey completion page up until the survey has credited, so I have the data if there is a problem. For the Gold surveys they automatically redirect back to the Gold surveys page at the end and should have a small pop-up banner saying you have completed. I am always waiting poised to take a screenshot when that pop-up appears just in case it hasn't credited.

If it helps I have so far this year had 44 support requests for surveys that didn't complete properly and have been paid out on all of them (last year was around 100ish - with only a couple not paying out). If you have the evidence they will pay out.

Can anyone help regarding taking a screenshot? I've never done it before but I discovered that you have to press F11 (print screen) and then press Paint in Start Up. The problem is that when I pressed F11 my screen enlarged and all my other tabs, including my Start Up disappeared.
    Can anyone advise please? Thanks.

You should have a Print Screen key on your keyboard (top right), the key may be abbreviated to something like Prnt Scrn.

(The F11 key's function is usually to make your screen go to Fullscreen)

    Hi Chels,
On my keyboard at the top row there is an F11 key with 'prnt scm' written on it, so it was that key that I pressed.

I've just had a little google search around (as both my desktop keyboard and laptop are not combined F11 / Print Screen keys).

Is the Print Screen or the abbreviation in blue? If so, you should have another Function key, on my laptop it's bottom row to the left with the lettering in blue aswell. Try pressing both these keys at the same time.

    Hope it works!

On my keyboard I need to press and hold the Ctrl key and then the Prt Scn key at the same time to take a screenshot (Shift also works rather than Ctrl)
