    Did anyone else who was having problems with the John Lewis vouchers just suddenly get theirs refunded?

    I have one email that looks automated saying that it was refunded due to being out of stock, and another email from customer services in response to my ticket saying they have refunded it due to the problems I was having redeeming it.

    John Lewis vouchers are still available to purchase in the rewards store but wonder whether to bother trying?

    Ok thanks, I've re-ordered and hope it was just a one off. Never had any issues with vouchers before :)

    Anyone else having trouble with daily crave? We just keep getting the error page here when we try to watch it. We've tried different browsers and different devices.

    Daily crave just worked fine for me. I don't know if it's relevant, but I am using Chrome.

    I just tried it again in Chrome and still not working for me, thanks anyway and I'll try again later as you give me hope it might work eventually so I can complete my to do list.
