    Not had mine either. Submitted a ticket on Fri or Sat (probably should've of waited due to the holidays in the US) but I've not heard anything either!

    My ticket was raised on Thursday 24th - on Sat 26th I had a reply e-mail saying "I have credited your account for completing this activity.
    Please let me know if there's anything else that I can help you with today"


    I replied that it not appeared and asked they advise me when and where to look for it in my account -- at this time I have not received any further communication. ...or the 1000 SB`s........

    I contacted them about this last week - think it was Wednesday - and raised a ticket. I had the usual automated reply but today I chivied them about no payment and low and behold, I have now received my payment so it could be worth replying to the automated email you should have received when you first contacted them, pointing out the length of time you have had to wait and how you would appreciate payment. Worked for me anyway, so good luck.
