    I sent another email to support about my Shop & Earn not showing in my ledger, and they got back to me within hours, crediting the full amount! :eek: Hopefully they do that with my second transaction next week...! (Still no rebate though... ;))

    No, I think that was a different offer (I saw people mention they got it in an email, never got that one myself).
