Have a read of the first post on this thread, lots of useful stuff, and helps us not need to keep answering the same questions!

It says:
Instant Surveys
These appear on the homepage in the Answer section. They will always be the first card displayed (immediately to the right of Answer) - they are green and say "Instant". They usually go quite quickly (sometimes in a couple of minutes). Generally they're only 1-2 questions and are worth anywhere from 4sb to 20+ sb.

They also won't show up if you have any ad-blocker active in your browser, so make sure to turn it off when swagging.

Basically, keep the SB front page open all the time you're using the site and just refresh it every now and again - if you're lucky you'll catch one

I received a £25 JL voucher today but am still waiting for a couple of £10 ones (one from 30th Sept) I assume they ran out of voucher codes and are waiting for new ones.
