  • Very annoyed with Swagbucks right now - I just spent upwards of 10 minutes completing a survey regarding Christmas shopping habits and the last question asked for my email address - optional. I clicked next and got 'bummer you don't meet the criteria' - I got 1SB. Not very pleased.

Put in a ticket, with as much detail as possible. They will usually pay you the full amount.

Oh no - that doesn't usually happen with instant surveys, that's why I like them.
Have you checked to see if you were credited anyway?
  • Hi all, I hope you dont mind me jumping on board. I only signed upto sb yesterday, alongside a few popular survey sites. I have been doing valued opinions for a couple of years and average £15 a month.
I am just hoping to earn a bit of pin money. I still have a lot of pages to read through, and hoping it will help me get to grips with sb, but I have a few questions if anyone would be so kind:
    1) My daily goal was at 110 today already! Even with the one survey I qualified for, I am struggling to hit this, is this normal for "newbies"/
    2) What is the best method to earn bucks, other than the surveys?
    3) What is a swagbuck? How many = £1? How long does it take, on average, to hit say a £10 voucher? I am looking at spending 1-2hr a day on sb, whats the best use of that time?
    4) Any other beginner tips much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance xx
It's not about getting what you want, It's about wanting what you get.

The mobile app videos, encrave would be the best way to earn. The first post in this thread contains all the information you will need. Please read this post and then if you still have questions, then feel free to ask on this thread.

Annoyed as well, no videos in discovery (that credit anyway), the travel search didn't credit again, i qualify for all the surveys until they throw me out without crediting....why do i bother with the to do list for 1 or 2 SBs? Insane...
