Go to bottom right of SB screen, where it says 'Need help?'

I know this... I was just asking what is the best way?

Do they not have a telephone number?

I need urgent response about an expired e-code that I was given.

Even if I click on the: Please contact our customer support team if you have a problem with your Reward. Our support team will be able to assist you with any issues that may arise.

hyperlink to customer support takes me:
    oops

The page you were looking for doesn't exist

You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved

They are in the USA, perhaps the cost of a transatlantic phonecall would wipe out the value of your e-code?

Swagbucks support is almost certainly based in California. The "daily goal" here starts at 8am because that is midnight in California. So even if you had a phone number for Swagbucks support you probably wouldn't want to phone California. Their web support has always worked well for me. Also, they will probably be in the office in California until around midnight here so if you submit the request now you might get an answer this evening.
