Sadly the double quiz didn't credit today - and I still can't put tickets in (keeps saying wrong password) :( so I can't contact them ever, if things go wrong, risky game...

You don't need a password to raise a ticket. Click on "Need Help?" in the bottom right-hand corner, then from the pop-up menu select "Contact Support". In the top right-hand corner of the next page, click on "Submit a Request". Fill out the form that appears, and submit it. That's all - no need for passwords or logins.

Popped a support email about the Swago board to see what we are meant to do if we cant complete our survey profiler.

Its my last box to tick off and its frustrating knowing that i cant do it as there's no more questions for me

It took me over 24 hours of battling with Customer Support until I got through to someone who understood what I was talking about, and credited me with my 300SB for the Swago board despite the fact that the mobile app surveys hadn't coloured in the two relevant squares (but had appeared in My Account, so I had clear evidence of them). Same thing happened last Swago, and will probably happen again next Swago - but last time I got through to a good Customer Support person earlier than this. You have to be determined, and of course always polite, and keep asking until somebody gets the point.
  • Here's the answers to one of the trial pay quizzes, I can't remember which one but the first question is about which fruit is the heaviest:
    1. Banana
    2. B
    3. 16
    4. 210
    5. 4
    6. 4
    7. 3 minutes
    8. 41
    9. Sunday
    10. 72

    Hope it helps someone

Regarding the Swago Board & The survey profiler.

Posted on the Swagbucks USA Facebook page late last night and Valerie messaged me straight back asking for my email address.

5 Mins later she asked me to try again and lo and behold it sent me to a quick survey to complete, awarded 5sb and the Swago Box checked off.

Now I've got a full Swago board and 300sb :D
