Thanks Kippygolf. Unbelievably I don't appear to have an update profile on my PL, I only have language!
Now I am getting paranoid......:D

Does anybody else have problems with the Swago boxes relating to surveys either completed or attempted on a mobile phone app? Both last time and this time my boxes have remained unfilled, although credits for the surveys appeared in my account. Last time I sent screenshots to Customer Services and they ensured that I was credited with the Swago board despite the fact that those two squares showed as unfilled; I'm waiting for their confirmation that they will do the same this time before spending SB on the Swagstakes. But it's irritating to have to do this every time! So do other people's mobile surveys credit on the Swago board, or not?

Used to be a problem if I accessed a survey on my phone via the 'desktop' site instead of the 'mobile' site. But no issues this time, & it even says 'mobile' next to the SBs in 'my SBs'.

Going to stop SB after met my next Amazon voucher. The carry on with the app either going on for ever or not working at all has finished for me. CBA if its not the same very day well sorry but jog on.
