Just finished a survey about Ikea ads and when I tried to "print screen" the completion page it told me I was trying to take images of confidential material, wouldn't screenshot and got no SB!

What you can do is open up a small program like calculator, make sure the calculator is the active program running (the top window) and printscreen that with the survey in the background.

Only certain survey partners do not allow screenshots, I think Hall & Partners is one.

Put in a ticket and send the screenshot you took, it should show your survey progress bar/percentage. Tell them what happened and that you were only taking the screenshot because of all the problems with non-crediting surveys.

Same thing happened to me a few times in the past and support have been very helpful.
