I've just done instant survey on the Prime Minister's tax affairs and also then received the message along the lines of "only rarely happens but all spaces have been filled".

Past experience suggests that this happens a lot for a while and then settles down so that overall it probably doesn't happen so often during the course of an entire year.

Got to the end of an eyesquare survey on BBQ sauce and only got 1SB as they hit max capacity! was expecting 50SB Put in a ticket will update the outcome...

Send in a support ticket. They are normally very good at crediting.

When contacting Swagbucks support bear in mind they are probably in California so they might not get into the office until 4pm here.

So far they have credited all 3 of my queries within a few hours. In one case I was able to use the back button of my browser to get the screen with "click to finish" on it, and take a screen shot as evidence. In the other 2 cases where I just had to sign up I got a screen shot of the page with something like "Registration successful" or "Welcome Ian" on it. I also submitted screen shots of the offer I responded to.
Now whenever I finish a survey I always capture the final page and keep it until the Swagbucks are in my account.

I had the same problem with another survey, but also managed to get the 50SB credited.


Unfortunately, I've just done another survey, got all the way to the end and it just said 'Terminated'. All in all, i'm not having the best of days.

After reading this I put in 'I hate surveys that crash half way through' and got 13SB!
