Last time they had one of these offers, my shop wasn't tracked at all. Next time I shall use one of the cashback sites.

Did you try contacting Swagbucks about the tracking issue? It told us that if users get in touch with proof of purchase, it can manually apply the SB to your account.

Thanks Sarah, there is little point as the T&Cs require you wait some time and I am not convinced their systems are up to the likes of Quidco and TCB. The system recognised I had been there, but to this day there has been no tracking of purchases. Perhaps someone else has had a more positive experience and can comment on it.

As for crediting: yes I guess I could have done but the time is over and done now and I won't be repeating it!

I've used Shop and Earn three times and have had the SB without any problems. I know others haven't been so lucky (from facebook page) and it does put people off
