How do you put a ticket in for a survey you have no proof that you took? Do they just take it in faith that you did it? The end of these Toluna surveys now takes you directly to the Gold Surveys page on completion, so we have no chance to take a screenshot of the completion page or any such proof that they usually want.

I always assume there will be a problem and take precautions.
I take screen grabs near the end, so if there is a progress bar showing 95% complete I will capture that, or if there is a screen saying "Finally some questions about you". Obviously you have to grab these as you go, although sometime I have been able to use the browser back button to get useful screen shots.

When the survey completes there is sometimes briefly a message like "DKR395163 complete" - I make a note of that number on a piece of paper.

I am in the same situation as you at the moment so I have taken a shot of my internet browser history and highlighted the start and end of the survey.

I use Windows snipping tool for my screen grabs. The snipping tool has a highlighter and marker function. I prefer it to print screen.

I got awarded my very first shop & earn SB today. On my shop & earn ledger it says 122SB earned but I have only been credited 61SB. Is that normal?
