No Fee Mortgage Help

Hi there, could anyone recommend a no fee mortgage? I have a LTV about 62%. The mortgage would be a repayment over a period of 21 years in Scotland. I am currently on a rate of 2.64%.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

See a broker. That's what they do. And they will take everything into account0

Is it a purchase or remortgage? Much more information than that is needed (salary, occupation, property value, amount of deposit) to really make a selection of lenders but if its a remortgage make sure you check the retention deals that your existing lender would offer first.I am a Mortgage Adviser

It is a remortgage, combined salary of 53K .Property value is 90K with a balance of 57K. Hope this helps0 -
How much can you pay each month on that salary 10y should be a doddle 5y if really trying.
What can your current lender offer?
Is that rate you have going to change/end or is it a tracker.0 -
... and why do you want it to be no fee?
Don't you just want the cheapest over the term?0 -
