Avc payment by employer

Hi ,
Just a quick question on a couple payments.
My employer has not paid our avc payments on a four weekly pay cycle. It is 1 week till we are paid again. Is there a time limit on when they should pay this .
I pay £102 weekly so it is not trivial amounts. Still trying to find if they have made normal pension contributions for them and me.

normally they have until the 19th of the following month.

Most companies get it out the way at the same point they pay you though. Worth just asking your payroll/accounts person to double-check there's not a problem.

Ah phoned my Union , they said all sorted,ok 6 hours later I phoned pension supplier.they say "no payment made". Phoned Union and they say all sorted. Where do I go now

If the employer has made a payment to the pension provider by BACS it will take three days to get there.

Did they say the payment was made yesterday?

Sorry about the delay,
Employer said "payment was made on Tuesday 29/03/16".
I will speak to them again.
