TDX Group Limited problems with creditor

I have been in contact with my creditor TDX Group Limited for some time now making repeated requests for a copy of a valid credit agreement.
They purchased the debt from Shop Direct on the 21st December 2012.
I have asked for evidence of this as well, again not replying.
I feel that by placing a default on my credit report without showing validity of the debt is a cause for concern.
What can I do with a creditor who just does not reply for request for information?

Well the account is unenforceable until they do comply.

Many thanks for that.
I might have to seek legal action because they are putting defaults on my credit file whilst showing no proof of debt.0 -
