Terms and Conditions

1. All promotion entrants must be UK or Eire residents, aged 18 years or over.
2. Employees of Avis Europe/Avis Rent A Car System, Inc ('Avis'), their agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion may not participate in this prize draw.
3. Entry is limited to meeting the basic entry qualifications at Rule 1 above. Customers may enter the prize draw by completing a feedback form accesssible on the Avis websites in the UK and Ireland, alternatively please print the form off and post it to the promotion address shown below, to reach us no later than the closing date.
4. One entry per customer.
5. No purchase necessary. The basic entry qualifications at Rule 1 above may enter without renting.
6. Entries must not be sent through agents or third parties. Any such entries will be invalid.
7. Closing date for all entries is 7th September 2007. Any entry received after this will not be considered. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged, defaced, illegible, incomplete or delayed in the post or incomplete due to systems failure, or for entries not received or incompletely received due to traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information or the failure to capture any such information. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds (a) to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this draw (b) to be acting in violation of these Full Rules (c) to be acting in a non sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or (e) to have provided any false or misleading information as part of the process of entering the draw including in the process of arranging any relevant Avis car rental.
8. Draw will take place in the UK on 11th September 2007 under independent supervision.
9. Details of the winner will be available for a period of two months after the draw date by sending a self addressed stamped envelope marked 'France Rugby Promotion RW' to the Promoter's address below.
10. he first prize winner will win a pair of tickets to a Quarter Final match, return flights from Southampton Airport, 3 nights hotel and Avis car hire (inclusive of all entrants from the UK and Ireland). The winner must hold a valid UK driving licence and be aged 23 years or older to drive the Avis vehicle. No cash alternative to prizes will be offered, though Avis reserves the right to substitute prize with an alternative of equal value should the need arise.
11. Winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this promotion with no further compensation.
12. Except where prohibited, this promotion, its operation, these Full Rules and any dispute or difference relating to them shall be governed by the laws of UK and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK.
13. All information you provide on 'entry' will be held on a database. Avis will own the data of all customers who have opted into receiving Avis information. From time to time Avis may wish to use your name and address to send you information on products and promotions that may interest you.
14. Avis will not utilise or use Confidential Information concerning a customer for any purpose other than the administration or promotion of Avis products and services.
