This is 100%. I suspect that you wanted something with some sweetening, but will post it just in case it's in some way useful. http://www.chocolatetradingco.com/buy/willies-pure-gold-100-percent-dark-chocolate-bar?gclid=CIPA0ti15csCFcG6GwodYwECGQ

Quite a few suggestions come up on a search

OP May I suggest Google. You can then filter it out and find something that suits you best.

Hotel Chocolat had (last time I checked which was a few years ago but doubt they've changed much) all types of chocolate with different chocolate contents, I remember their being 100%, 95%, 98%, 85%...etc sugar free and dairy free lower chocolate counts too. They are available online (with cashback so check first) and also have a few stores around the UK too.

Another Willies fan here. Waitrose stock it. They do various strengths from milk up to 100%.

Have you tried looking at low GI or diabetic suitable chocolate bars? Most supermarkets have a specialty food section for gluten free, diabetic suitable etc. That might be your best bet!

Be careful as some diabetic chocolate substitute sugar for aspartame or sucralose and can cause diarrhoea. That goes for most foods sold as diabetic stuff.
Why pay full price when you may get it YS ;)

Diabetes UK and dieticians warn that these 'special' products are of no benefit, can have the same effect as sugar and are expensive, too.
