Well if they have all the paperwork, the survey was ok, then I would be pushing for an offer letter by the end of this week seeing as they have messed up in the beginning.


Have they advised you of any delays in their turnaround times?

Phoned the broker up today, they phoned the lender/underwriter (they don't have the lenders underwriter on site) they wanted confirmation that some accounts (mortgage/secured loan/credit card) had been paid for the last 6 months and that was the only thing holding it back then they can send the offer out. She said she'd phone me back later today but got the feeling I'm going to have to phone her again.:rolleyes:
