    Thanks not sure how quickly they can make a decision, solicitor says if they get amended offer by Tuesday, then they can attempt to complete by Thursday next week...not holding my breath on that!

    Thanks ACG, do banks tend to overlook these things? What evidence may they ask for?
    with it being bank hols I cant get the correct professional advice I'm after, so thank you for your time in responding

    Lender rang earlier, application is with underwriter who's asked to see rental valuation from the estate agent and what demand there is for my property? does that mean anything?
