Pulled pork creativity

Hi Folks

I am planning on making pulled pork next weekend. However, I am bored of serving it the same way I alwas do (with cobs and coleslaw). Any suggestions of ways of having pulled pork not in a cob/sandwich?

What about making it into a tostada. I did this last time so it was a complete change doing Mexican style.

I often serve in over rice if it's nice and 'saucy' with whatever veg I have to hand, we like it that way

I've just made pulled pork and.potato pie for tea.

I usually just do a dinner with it, chips/wedges and vegetables.

I made a BBQ pulled pork pizza with onions and peppers last week.

I do a vegetable rice with onions, sweetcorn and lots of sweet pepper and serve it with a carrot and orange salad.
