Aqua £20 Amazon voucher t&c's?

Got an Aqua Advance card but I didn't make a note of how to get the £20 Amazon voucher.

Don't suppose anyone else remembers do they? do you have to spend a certain amount each month or something?

There was a spending requirements to get the voucher but I can't remember exactly what it was unfortunately.

My voucher was emailed to me around 3 months after i opened my Aqua account, so it could be worth checking your junk/spam folder in case you have missed it that way.

Edit - ah just realised mine wasn't an aqua advance (think it was a reward) so maybe different rules apply for that one

I didn't receive mine even though I have spent on the card first 3 months.

I just received mine. I've spent and paid the balance off in full since I opened the card in Jan if thats any help

Through the mail? Email? They never sent me mine at all. I had my card almost 9/10 months. Paid in full as well.

By email. I would give them a call.

Just phoned them up and the lady told me you need to:

Use the card within 30 days of the account opening
Have received 3 statements
Have made payments on 2 of those statements

So you need to use the card at least once in each of the first two months, make a payment each of those two months and still have the card by the end of the third month in order to receive a third statement.

And then I think it takes a certain amount of days for them to send you the voucher

Does anyone have a link to this offer - I'm trying to sign up a family member for the reward card but cannot find a link to the £20 Amazon voucher for it ?

I can only see the 'Classic' and 'Advance' card listed - not the reward card, but I've just found the reward card on:
