What is the best vented tumble dryer to buy?

Options
So fed up of Hotpoint but hopefully the end is in sight, they took away my old dryer as I decided to pay £99 for a special offer condensing model. It's obviously faulty as it leaves my house running in water & the clothes are wetter than when they were put in. As they are collecting & refunding it next Monday (fingers crossed) I am looking at buying a new vented one, has anyone got one they would recommend? (Apart from the Hotpoint,Indesit etc range!).

If you're a heavy user and you want a machine to last years, I would agree. However for the price of a Miele you could have three lesser models - which in ten years time when the Miele has ten year old technology you could have a brand new up to date one from elsewhere, and still have paid less overall.

We're in the same boat OP and I think we're going for Beko. Took a while to be convinced but the feedback is generally excellent and the prices very competitive.
