Repair of Kettler cross trainer

Hi,
I have a Kettle Elyx 5 cross trainer at home which is 5 years old. It has now got a play in the right leg paddle. I was looking to get it repaired but Kettler are so expensive (£95 + Vat call out then £40 + plus vat for every hour) and they have told me that it would be at least two visits
I was wondering can anyone recommend a local company or person in Hampshire/ Surrey area who does repairs? Or if someone has any idea that what could be wrong?
