Problem with promoter?

Hi guys,
I entered this Stylist comp and was one of the lucky people shortlisted:

However the promoters haven't got back to us via Instagram, Twitter or E-mail:

The've deleted their Ts&Cs off the site although our photos are still on the instagram account.
The comp ended on 29th Feb and the other entrant re-called that the Ts&Cs state they were supposed to announce the winner on 4th March via instagram.
Annoying but we don't really know what to do or if we should forget about this now.
Let me know what you think. Thanks!

Perhaps they are still trying to contact the winner (it's also possible as flights were not included it's been declined and they are redrawing)0

Possibly, although there are only 4 shortlisted people and we are all tweeting them to ask etc so doesn't look too positive0
