You should try to meet all of the points for each competence, appropriate to the grade you are applying for. If you can't make it on one or two from the example you provide, it is alright to use a theoretical example. i.e. If you don't meet point 5 for example, then say something along the lines of 'I didn't come across an issue with X during the exercise, but had I done so, I would have done y, z & ab to deal with it'. There really is no need to make things up just to meet the competence (but then again who is going to check
).
There will be a merit list of candidates. Those who provide answers which fulfil all of the criteria will obviously attract higher scores than those who only meet 70% of the competence.0
