Hi,
Selling my home for an agreed price of £92,000
I have £37,000 left to pay on my mortgage. Would the money I get from the sale be £92,000 - £37,000 which would be £55,000?
Before legal fees etc

Yes thats correct. Subtract legal fees, estate agency, land registry and a few bits and bobs0

That's right. The outstanding mortgage is taken off the sale price. You need to take account of any Estate Agents fees too, although these won't come off directly.Debt LBM (08/09) £11,641. DEBT FREE APRIL 2021.
