What does your mortgage offer say regarding the credit card debt? the solicitor is acting for the lender as well"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

The solicitor should be getting the same mortgage offer, request a copy from them"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Sorry misread,
if you cannot pay it off and it is part of the mortgage offer, your going to have a problem getting the lender to release funds.
Maybe try and lend off some friends and get the bank statement to show you paid off the debt to the Solicitors.
For future readers, important to read through every document and not wait for solicitors to go through it. Any jargon you can contact them ad hoc."It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
