Mortgage Broker advice FTB

I have an AIP with halifax which was done via a broker i found online. My sister has told me of a broker she knows through a friend who is local to me. Is it wise to use another broker at this stage? Ive had a brief chat with him but which was just before I got the AIP. I was told the credit search would leave a soft print on my file, although nothing is showing yet.
I am a FTB who needs guiding through every stage and still learning.
Thanks in advance.

You should only be dealing with one broker. Anything else leads to confusion and problems. Decide whether you want to work face t face or online, and who you want to work with, and stick to it.I am a Mortgage Broker
