How long does it take to receive Redemption statement?

How long does Barclays takes to send out the redemption statement? Would it be by fax or post?

3 working day? Did they make the paper it was sent on itself?
Usually I give a trt of about 2 hours for my lender (computerised fax)Mortgage co-ordinator for a building society
I carry out affordability assessments for new and existing customers.
I update customers during the application when they call, letting them know where things are at.
I also answer existing mortgage queries.0
